Hop and Flop Rabbit Rescue operates at limited capacity, and placement depends on available space, foster homes, and resources. I understand that a R500 surrender fee applies to unsterilised rabbits. This contribution goes directly toward the rabbit’s care and the rescue’s ongoing work. I agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding my rabbit’s health, behaviour, and history. I understand that withholding information may affect the rabbit’s welfare and placement. I acknowledge that Hop and Flop Rabbit Rescue reserves the right to refuse intake if the information provided is incomplete, misleading, or if surrender is not in the rabbit’s best interest at that time.

I understand that once my rabbit is surrendered, ownership transfers fully to Hop and Flop Rabbit Rescue, and I relinquish all rights to reclaim the rabbit or dictate future placement. I understand that Hop and Flop Rabbit Rescue cannot guarantee ongoing updates, visitation, or influence over adoption decisions once the rabbit is surrendered. I understand that Hop and Flop Rabbit Rescue may contact the rescue organisation or breeder from whom the rabbit originated to obtain relevant information about the rabbit's history, health, behaviour, and previous care, where necessary.
