Thank you for your interest in adopting from Hop and Flop Rabbit Rescue! Before we can proceed with your adoption application, please read through and confirm that you understand and agree to the following:

I understand that rabbits can live 10+ years and am prepared for a long-term commitment. I understand that Hop and Flop Rabbit Rescue charges an adoption fee of R550 per rabbit, which contributes toward the rabbit’s sterilisation. I understand that adoption is not a quick or automatic process, and I agree to allow Hop and Flop Rabbit Rescue to assess and vet my application before approval. I am older than 18 years old. I understand that Hop and Flop Rabbit Rescue only adopts rabbits out in pairs unless you already own a rabbit.

Expectations & Agreement

Please read each statement carefully and tick to confirm your understanding. These ensure you’re prepared for rabbit care and our adoption process.

I understand that Hop and Flop Rabbit Rescue charges an adoption fee of R550 per rabbit, which contributes toward sterilisation. I understand that adoption is not an instant process and that my application will be reviewed. I understand that Hop and Flop Rabbit Rescue can decline my application should they feel as if I am unable to care for a rabbit(s). I understand that I will be required to complete an adoption contract before adopting. If I fail to submit necessary information for my virtual home check, Hop and Flop Rabbit Rescue may mark my application as void.
